Sunday Morning In Louisiana

Woke at 6:00 to the sound of rain. It was nice, but then I started worrying about driving this POS in the rain. Got up and checked the weather and was relieved to find out their not forecasting rain all day, just an occasional shower here and tere. Now I'm sitting here drinking coffee waiting for my traveling partners to drag their lazy butts out of bed.

Game plan today is to go to Jackson, MS, and stop there at a Jellystone campground. It's only about 5 hours, but if we went on to Tupelo it'd be a total of 9 or more hours for the day and that would be pushing it. Plus, up around Tupelo I can't find a campground w/ a swimming pool, and the one in Jackson has one. I had to pinky-promise Lindsay last night that she could swim today, and even though her pinky-promises to me sometimes never pan out, she expects mine to.

So the Jacksons are headed to Jackson. Talk to ya there!
